Manage Rotation Catalog - Clinical Sites
Member Types:

Step 1:

Click "Manage Rotation Catalog".

NOTE: The rotation catalog feature must be enabled for your organization to manage the rotation catalog.

Step 2:

Click "Create New"to create a new catalog entry.

Step 3:

Enter all required fields highlighted by the orange bar and asterisk and click "Save".

Step 4:

Once the rotation catalog entry has been created, you can edit the entry using the pencil icon located under the "Actions" column.

Step 5:

Click the "General" tab to modify the rotation catalog entry. Set restrictions on which schools can request rotations and specific time frames for requests in the "Restrictions" area.

Step 6:

Clinical site administrators will be notified of pending rotation requests submitted through the rotation catalog. These pending and approved requests will also be reflected in the "Manage Rotation Catalog" table.

Step 7:

To manage pending requests, please access your "Rotations" table and click the "Pending" tab, then locate the request and click the "Edit" (pencil) button. Scroll down to change the rotation "Status" and click "Save." Please see our help desk guide on managing rotation requests: Review Rotation Requests
