After your account is created, you must verify your email before logging in. This guide will walk you through the next steps to log in to your account.
Once your account is created, check your inbox for an ACEMAPP email with the subject line, "Please verify your email address." You must click the verification link in this email to confirm your email address.
If you can't find the email, first verify that your account was successfully created. Then, search for "ACEMAPP" in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder (or all mail), or try adding system@acemapp.org and support@acemapp.org to your contacts list.
If the verification link has expired, you can resend it. For more information, please refer to this Help Desk guide:Resending Email Verification Link.
NOTE: Email verification links are only valid for seven days after being sent and will expire afterward.
After verifying your email address, ACEMAPP will send you another email with a link to set your password.
ACEMAPP follows industry standards for password security and uses a password strength meter. Passwords must meet a minimum strength of 2 out of 4. As you type your password, the system will display the password score and provide feedback.
Your ACEMAPP password must meet the following criteria:
We recommend using passphrases, which are more secure and easier to remember than a single word. For instance, the passphrase "IreallyloveACEMAPP!" is easier to remember than "Ac3M4pp!"
After setting your password, go to https://acemapp.org and click the "Login" button in the upper right corner of the page.
To log in, enter the email address associated with your ACEMAPP account and your password.
Avoid using autofill; manually type your email and password, ensuring there are no typos or extra spaces before or after. Then, click the green "Login" button.
If you forgot your password, click the "Login" button in the upper right corner of the page (https://acemapp.org) and click the "Forgot Password" button.
Enter the email address used to register your ACEMAPP account and click "Submit."
If you're using the verified email but still receive an error, check if you have multiple email addresses that forward to the same inbox. If your school coordinator created your account, you can contact them to confirm the email.
Once the system accepts your email, you’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If you do not receive it within the hour, check your spam/junk folder.
