Managing References

This guide explains how to view and request professional referrals within ACEMAPP. Referrals are completed by Faculty or Preceptors after you finish a rotation or course, and once accepted, they can be added to your ACEMAPP ePortfolio. Use this guide to learn how to access referrals that have been submitted for you and how to request new ones when needed.
Email Verification
Member Types:
To access your ACEMAPP account, you must verify your email address. A verification email will be sent to each email address associated with your account. Be sure to check both your inbox and spam/junk folders for the email. Click the link provided in the email to complete the verification process. Please note, the verification link is valid for seven days and will expire after that period.
Rotation Member Report

The Rotation Member Report is a way to view your members by rotation, along with information on the rotation.
Assignment Data

The Assignment Data can be entered by bulk uploading it for students. The information added can be used to quickly identify students in ACEMAPP based on Assignment Data.
Rotation Conflict Checker
Member Types:
School and clinical site coordinators can use the Conflict Checker to identify scheduling conflicts between rotations. This guide explains how to access the Rotations table, select a rotation, and view potential conflicts based on unit, dates, shift times, and days of the week. Coordinators can also update rotation details, and the Conflict Checker will automatically refresh to reflect any changes.

Vendor Issue Tracker - Vendor Admin
Member Types:
The Vendor Admins Issue Tracker allows two-way communication between ACEMAPP Specialists and you, the Vendor.
Rotation Compliance Report
Member Types:
This report will find all rotations that match and give you a list of the members, along with any requirements, assessments, or SCORM modules, per rotation.
View Connected Professionals
Member Types:
Viewing professionals who have expressed interest in your careers or who you have requested to connect with takes place in the View Connected Professionals table. 
Member Requirement Report
Member Types:
The Requirement Compliance Report provides a snapshot of the current status of each member’s requirements.
