Approving Member Affiliation Requests

As an ACEMAPP Coordinator, you can view affiliations of members or users that are still pending their approval.

Step 1:

From your home page, click on the "Members" tab in the navigation bar, and then in the Affiliation column, select the member type.

Step 2:

From your Members table, click on the "Pending Member Approval.".

A "Pending Member Approval" request is waiting for the member to review and approve/deny the new affiliation.

NOTE: Your screen may be slightly different than what is shown, depending on what columns you have turned on/off.

Step 3:

Click the "Edit" (pencil icon) button to edit the member.

Step 4:

On the Edit Member Joins page, you can see the current request(s).

  • Optionally, if this member is an Employee, you can change the toggle to "Yes" to indicate an Employee in ACEMAPP's system. The Access End Date, previously known as the Graduation Date, clarifies when the student should no longer have access to your Entity. Once this date arrives, the student will automatically lose their active affiliation with your organization.

NOTE: Pending Member approvals can only be deleted.
