All ADN white uniform tops and patches (attached to the left upper arm) must be purchased at Meridy's Uniform.

White Uniform: Front and Back
Black SCRUB pants BOTTOM can be purchased from anywhere. Yes, anywhere. It's just a simple black scrub nursing uniform pants. Make sure to buy scrub pants with pockets. Here's an example. Please do not purchase any draw string leg pants or ties at bottom, tight fit, or distress. The legs can be straighter than this picture, but not tight.
