ACEMAPP: What does this icon mean?
Compliance Indicators:
- A green checkmark (✔️) signifies that all requirements are complete
- A red "X" (❌) indicates incomplete items (important for you to fix now).
- Hovering over the above these symbols provides details on any pending tasks.
- Bullseye Icon (🎯): Indicating SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) courses, this icon provides access to interactive learning modules. Clicking it initiates the SCORM course.
- Graduation Cap Icon (🎓): This icon signifies assessments or tests. Selecting it allows you to take assessments associated with your courses.
- Book Icon (📖): Representing Standard Requirements that must be completed, clicking on it lets you view and complete assigned courses.
- Pencil Icon (📝): This icon allows you to edit, upload or complete forms and documents. Clicking the pencil icon enables you to fill out and sign necessary forms.
- The "View" icon, typically represented by an eye symbol (👁️), allows users to access detailed information or review specific items within the platform and upload.
- Tiered Requirement is a structured set of required compliance tasks divided into multiple groups or levels, allowing members to fulfill requirements through various options. These tiered requirements are identified by a specific icon featuring crossed arrows next to the requirement name. Only complete items within the tier.
- Vendors Tab — You are linked and connected from Advantage Student account to ACEMAPP (Background Check & Urine Drug Screen, this does not mean these items complete)
Vendors
- The thumbs up icon (👍) is used to signify successful or a positive completion
- One-off Requirements (🧾): Populate once per rotation assignment. You must complete for each clinical rotation experience.

Instructions for Students
- All student must have an ACEMAPP account. Once your account has been created, you will receive a welcome email from ACEMAPP.
- You will need to login, complete your ACEMAPP profile and all necessary requirements to attend clinical rotations.
- You are responsible for completing and maintaining compliance for all school and clinical site requirements.

- Once your school has created your account, we'll send a verification email to the email address linked to your ACEMAPP account.
- You'll need to verify your email before logging in.
- Use the Resend Verification button on the acemapp.org login page.
- After email verification, expect a message from ACEMAPP containing a link to set your password. If the Password Email isn't found, visit ACEMAPP.org, click "Login", enter your email, and select Forgot Password to set it.

- When you first log in to ACEMAPP, you will be prompted to review and consent to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Your profile is considered part of your compliance and must be completed before you can navigate to your home page to complete requirements.
- Navigate to your Student Home Page to complete your assigned school and clinical site onboarding materials.
- You can easily navigate ACEMAPP by creating shortcuts, setting your home page as the default, and using bookmarks and breadcrumbs effectively.

Navigating Between Dashboard and Member Home Pages video

- Click your "Name" in the upper right blue area and select "Student" under the Navigation panel to arrive at your Student Home page. If you cannot upload documents for your requirements, check to see if your school uses a third-party Vendor or manages them for you by entering completion dates.
- If your school or clinical site utilizes a third-party vendor integration (Advantage Student), the associated Vendor logo appears in the Vendors table on the left side of your home screen.

Requirement Management video

- Your home page's "Clinical Facility/Affiliations" section shows your compliance.
- You must check the "Compliance" column for your school and each rotation you are assigned to in ACEMAPP. A green check indicates that you have completed everything in ACEMAPP. A red "X" means that you have incomplete items. By the red "X", you can see what must be completed to show compliance.
- Pending items are considered incomplete until the school or clinical site approves them.
