Before you can create rotation requests, you’ll need to partner with clinical sites. Creating rotations is essential for managing clinical placements. You’ll need to submit a rotation request with details such as unit, start/end dates, and student slots. This step is crucial for getting clinical site approval and ensuring the proper placement of your students.

Step 4: Assign Members to Rotations

After creating rotations, assign students at least three weeks before the rotation start date. This gives students enough time to be notified, check their accounts, and complete any required clinical documents. Assigning members in advance ensures they are fully prepared before the rotation begins.

Step 5: Review Member Requirements

Clinical sites often require that you review and approve documents submitted by students and faculty in ACEMAPP. You'll manage document approvals and ensure that all necessary requirements are met before the rotation begins. This is essential for ensuring compliance and avoiding any delays.
