Assure Member User Guide

ACEMAPP Assure is a professional document review service with personalized service and support. You are responsible for uploading your Assure requirement documentation for review. Documents are stored on a secure platform and can be accessed anytime by your file manager in ACEMAPP.

Step 1: Email Verification and Login

Once your school has created your account, we'll send a verification email to the email address linked with your ACEMAPP account. You'll need to verify your email before logging in. If necessary, use the Resend Verification button on the acemapp.org login page.

After email verification, expect a message from ACEMAPP containing a link to set your password. If the Password Email isn't found, visit ACEMAPP.org, click "Login", enter your email, and select Forgot Password to set it.

Step 2: Profile, Payment, and Home Page

After logging in, you must agree to the FERPA consent, Honesty Pledge, and Terms and Conditions. Your profile is considered part of your compliance and must be completed before you can navigate to your home page to complete requirements.

Once you have paid your membership fee(s), you can navigate to your Assure Member home page to complete your requirements.

You can easily navigate ACEMAPP by creating shortcuts, setting your home page as default, and using bookmarks and breadcrumbs effectively.

Step 3: Complete your Assure Requirements

To find your Assure requirements, click your "Name" in the upper right corner and then select "Assure Member" under Navigation. You will receive weekly incomplete reminders until your requirements are approved.

Step 4: Rotation Assignment and Clinical Site Compliance

When you are assigned to a rotation, you will be notified by email to log in and check for additional clinical site onboarding requirements that may be assigned. Click your "Name" in the upper right corner and select "Student or Faculty" under the Navigation panel to arrive at your Home page.

If your school or clinical site utilizes a third-party vendor integration, the associated Vendor logo appears in the Vendors tile on the left side of your home screen.

FAQs:

Q: I have a student membership, do I have to pay for Assure?
A: Yes, the Assure member (i.e., student, faculty) fee is in addition to the student annual subscription fee for ACEMAPP Collaboration., However, the Assure Member fee covers ACEMAPP Assure services for the entire duration of a member's program, even if they attend for multiple years - unlike the Collaboration fee, which is annual.

Q: How do I locate a document I previously uploaded?
A: On your home page, click the "Requirements" tab, then select "View Documents" in the upper-left corner. Click the "Historical Documents" button next to Navigation in the upper-left corner to view your historical requirement documents. The historical documents area shows all previously uploaded documentation and the requirements they fulfilled. Click the file to view the document.

Q: I uploaded my documents. Why are my requirements still incomplete?
A: Your requirements will only show as complete once your documentation has been approved. Please check to see if your documents are pending or denied.

Q: I uploaded my Assure requirement documents. Why do I still have clinical site requirements?
A: Your Assure documents will only clear your clinical site requirements if they are a direct match. If your clinical site requirements still need to be completed, please upload documentation for review (approval/denial) by your school or clinical site coordinator.

Q: I'm not sure what to upload for my requirements.
A: Please review the requirement description by clicking the red "Manage Requirement" (paper icon) button next to the requirement name on your home page. If you have additional questions after reviewing the description, please contact your school coordinator.

Q: Why was my document denied?
A: The requirement documents are managed by ACEMAPP Assure according to the standards set by your school/site. If your document has been denied, please review the comment left on the denied document. Please contact your school coordinator if you have additional questions.
