Overview of Student Home Page
Member Types:

The Student Home Page is where you’ll complete key tasks in ACEMAPP. Here, you can work on your Requirements, fill out Custom Fields, and review assigned Learning Materials. You can also check for Announcements, view your Affiliations, and see your Rotation Details.

Navigate to Your Student Home Page

Please click your "Name" in the upper right corner and select "Student" under "Navigation."

  • The features you see on your Student Home Page may vary based on your school or clinical site affiliations—some features may not be visible to all users, and the order in which they appear can differ.

  • Also, depending on the width of your browser window, some menu items may be grouped under the "More" tab to save space. If you don’t see a feature where expected, check under "More."

Please review the help desk guides below on the primary features of the student home page:

Dashboard, Requirements, & Student Notifications

  • The Dashboard tile allows you to switch between member types (e.g., student, faculty, or clinical coordinator) if you have multiple roles in ACEMAPP. You can also use this tile to set your default home page so that ACEMAPP opens to your preferred view each time you log in.
Please see our help desk guides for reference: Navigating Between Dashboard and Member Home Pages

  • Read the Requirement Description carefully for specific instructions. Depending on your school or clinical site’s process, you may be required to upload a document directly, or your school may enter completion dates on your behalf. In some cases, you may also need to complete the requirement through a third-party vendor, as specified in the instructions.
Please see our help desk guides for reference: Uploading Your ACEMAPP Requirements and Uploading Tiered Requirements

  • Student Notifications will alert you to important actions that may require your attention, such as membership renewals, pending evaluations, or approval requests that need to be completed for your account or rotation.

Vendors & Affiliations

  • ACEMAPP partners with various third-party vendors to help streamline processes such as background checks and immunization tracking. If your school or clinical site requires you to use one of these integrated vendors, their logo will appear on the left side of your screen for easy access.

  • The Affiliations section displays the schools or clinical sites you are connected to in ACEMAPP and shows your compliance status with each entity's requirements.

Please see our help desk guide for reference: Custom Fields

  • Be sure to check the Announcements section regularly. It contains important updates from your school or clinical site, including information about requirements, deadlines, and rotation details.
Please see our help desk guide for reference: View Announcements from Schools/Sites

  • Your school or clinical site may require you to complete course modules, assessments, or attestations before the start of your rotation. To access the Learning Materials in ACEMAPP, you must have an active membership.
