The steps outlined below provide a general overview for school users with Assure access. Be sure to follow any additional processes or internal workflows set by your school. For detailed instructions and visuals, use the linked help desk guides throughout the guide.
There are multiple ways to create Assure members and assign them to a requirement package. To determine the best method for your organization, refer to the help desk guide below:
An Assure package is a predefined set of requirements tied to an Assure member. The school configures this requirement package during the initial setup process, including required documents and approval criteria. Once members begin uploading documents, the ACEMAPP Assure team will review and manage these submissions for compliance.
As members submit documentation to fulfill their Assure requirements, the ACEMAPP Assure team reviews and updates their compliance status. School users can track this progress and access uploaded documents through their dashboard.
Use ACEMAPP’s reporting tools to monitor compliance and activity for Assure members. When generating reports, be sure to:
Select the "Rotation" reporting type
Choose "Assure Member" as the member type
Or filter by "Assure Package" for experience-based reporting
