ACEMAPP Common Issues

Background Checks / Drug Screens

• Wellstar and Piedmont: These facilities require you to link your Advantage Student and ACEMAPP accounts to "share" your results with the hospital. AUCON cannot approve this for you. Instructions on how to do this are on another tab.
• Drug Screens that have a Negative Dilute result are NOT accepted. This means that the urine is too diluted so please try and limit your fluid intake prior to your test. If you get this result you will need to have the test repeated at your own cost.

TB Test

• Make sure you upload the correct test to the correct place - do not upload a Quantiferon blood test under Tb skin test, etc.

COVID Vaccine

• Upload your COVID immunization Card OR your AU Exemption - see module under immunizations
• There is a question that says "What COVID Vaccine did you receive?" This must be completed in addition to uploading a copy of your card.
• Piedmont will not consider you fully vaccinated unless you have the booster. If you do not wish to receive the current booster there is a declination form that you can complete.
