How to use Directory - Entities
You only complete paperwork for rotations that you are assigned to
The Directory of Entities in ACEMAPP has been set up for several reasons:
- All paperwork is now housed in one location
- Information about your clinical site
- Directions
- Website
- Parking Information (if available)
- Clinical Paperwork - see below
- Keeps your rotations and paperwork all in one place - ACEMAPP
Clinical Sites connected to ACEMAPP
These are hospitals that have a partnership in place with ACEMAPP
- Northside
- Piedmont
- Wellstar
- East Alabama
- Baptist Montgomery
You will complete all paperwork which is provided by the hospital that is connected to your rotation that you are assigned
- You will only complete the paperwork if you are assigned to a rotation at that hospital
- You will have to wait until you are assigned to your specific rotation to view the paperwork - this takes some time for the AUCON team to get everyone in their rotations
- You can use the Directory-Entites to find information about your site.
The Directory - Entites will only be used to find additional information about a site when a hospital is part of ACEMAPP (see hospitals above)
- Many of them will give you parking and badge instructions as well as directions to the location.
Clinical Sites NOT connected to ACEMAPP
This is all the clinical sites that are not listed above. They include hospitals (ex. UAB, Grandview etc..), community sites (ex. Unity Wellness, Arbor Springs, TigerChat etc..).
- When you are assigned to a rotation you should receive a message that there are paperwork requirements attached to this rotation.
- Go to Directory-Entites and find that location that you are ASSIGNED and follow the instructions for completing the paperwork.
- If there is no credentialing required it will say it in the Notes section.
- After you have completed the paperwork, upload it according to the instructions in ACEMAPP - this will be located in the rotation.
